At Atul Taxi Service, we strive to provide reliable and transparent taxi services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable for bookings made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
1. Booking Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund (after deducting payment gateway charges, if any).
If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the trip, a cancellation fee may apply based on vehicle type and distance.
No refund will be issued once the vehicle has departed or the journey has started.
2. Cancellation by Atul Taxi Service
In rare cases where Atul Taxi Service is unable to provide the vehicle due to unforeseen reasons (technical fault, driver unavailability, etc.), a full refund will be issued immediately.
Customers may also opt to reschedule the trip without additional charges (subject to availability).
3. Delay or No-Show
If the customer is not available at the pickup point beyond 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be processed.
In case of delays caused by Atul Taxi Service, we will make every effort to arrange an alternate vehicle or adjust the fare accordingly.
4. Mode of Refund
All eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 working days after confirmation.
In case of cash payment, refunds (if applicable) will be processed through bank transfer or UPI upon verification.
5. Non-Refundable Conditions
Booking canceled after the vehicle has reached the pickup point.
Trips shortened or modified by the customer during travel.
Toll, parking, or taxes already paid are non-refundable.
